Accompanied by seasonal winter substantial finger food, you will start with a Christmas-style cocktail prepared for you by our bar manager. Then you can spoil yourself with a menu served at table and our zither player will set the fitting musical backdrop for you.

- Franconian cold platter with ham, "Stadtwurst" and brawn, brisket aspic and cured salmon trout, obazda and dressed cream cheese, bread selection and pretzels.
- Grilled duck from the oven with apple juice, seasoned red cabbage and sautéed roasted dumplings

Start your convivial event with finger good and a welcome cocktail - created especially for you by our bar manager Igor Pusnik. Then proceedings continue in style. Accompanied by discrete piano music we serve you a menu full of winter delights and surprising compositions.
