HerzogsPark promotes golf talent
The Hotel HerzogsPark is promoting the next generation of sportsmen and women on their path to professional sport and has taken one particular talent under its wing, the golfer Stephanie "Steffi" Kirchmayr. The 27-year old who has chosen to live in Nürnberg already has an impressive amateur career to her name and has been part of the German national squad for 15 years. In early 2012 she made the successful leap to the first European league as is currently playing in her first professional season as a "rookie" in the Ladies European Tour (www.ladieseuropeantour.com).
"The history of our hotel is closely linked to sport through our founder Adi Dassler", says Hotel Director Michael Bläser. "Now we want to offer committed talent a healthy basis for a promising career." At 27 years of age Steffi Kirchmayr is at the best age to make her golf breakthrough.
On her way to the TOP 50
The HerzogsPark team believe Kirchmayr can have a great career as a professional golfer and join the world elite. However, first of all she must overcome the hurdle of switching from amateur to professional. Her aim this year is to finish at least in the top 80 in Europe, but has her sights set on the TOP 50. The lettering of the Hotels HerzogsPark will be accompanying her.
