The Balance-Fitness Club will invigorate you. Kay Bittner and his team have fitness equipment available for you over an area of 150 m2 with a separate condition room for cardiotraining with steppers, ergometers, cross-trainers and rowing machines.

Choose from the varied program of courses of step and aquarobics, back exercises, spinning, yoga and more all under the direction of a trained fitness and aerobics trainer. On request, you can have a customized personal training program under expert guidance with a fitness check.
