Chef de Rang (m/w/d)

Your profile:

  • Experience in the hotel industry / gastronomy
  • Good command of English
  • Enjoyment of the job
  • Reliability and enthusiasm
  • Natural cordiality
  • Strong guest and service orientation
  • Good manners and an exemplary representative appearance
  • Team and communication skills

Your tasks:

  • Ensuring a smooth and streamlined service flow at all times, to a high standard and providing excellent guest service
  • Providing the necessary mis-en-place
  • Setting of tables and boards
  • Confident knowledge of the menu and drinks list, as well as daily specials and current promotions
  • Preparing drinks
  • Carrying out beverage and food service
  • Carrying out booking procedures and accounting formalities in an orderly manner
  • Ensuring order and cleanliness in the entire working and restaurant area
  • Adherence to the HACCP guidelines

Chef de Partie (m/w/d)

Your profile:

  • A completed apprenticeship as a cook
  • Extensive experience in the banquet and á la carte sector
  • A high level of quality awareness
  • Team-oriented, flexible, resilient and reliable
  • Through your experience in the kitchen, you have already learned to work independently, conscientiously and neatly
  • Commitment to the world of cooking, willingness to learn, quality awareness, ability to work in a team and attention to detail
  • You have a good knowledge of German

Your tasks:

  • Processing of fresh products Preparation, coordination and serving of food at banquets and in the á la carte area.
  • Monitoring the quality of the food to be prepared
  • Receiving and checking the quality and quantity of the delivered goods and the food stock as well as their proper storage
  •  Adhering to & ensuring HACCP guidelines & quality standards
