As an addition to your conference, we are happy to offer you an individual sports program in cooperation with Kay Bittner (sports economist and operator of the fitness studio in HerzogsPark). Here you can choose from the areas of "Core Performance", "Mental Moving" or "Relaxation" the suitable supporting program for your event. All exercises and activities are based on the latest sports science findings. In addition, we will be happy to create a specially coordinated sporting "team building" for your event.
Core Performance
Special strengthening and stretching exercises for the entire back and trunk musculature. Based on the training concept of Marc Verstegen (former fitness coach of the German national soccer team).
Mental Moving
Physical and sensorimotor activity combined with additional mental challenges (e.g. thinking tasks). This increases brain power, the ability to concentrate and improves general performance through focus.
Relaxation
Simple relaxation techniques for the office and everyday life. Can be implemented at any time and in almost any place.
Duration individually by arrangement from € 60 per group.

Summer curling
"Team building" during the conference
We are happy to offer you a summer challenge on our curling rink with 8 sticks as an addition to your conference as "team-building" for your event. Enjoy outdoor feeling in the garden of our hotel, which is not only fun in winter, but also in summer.

For this we are happy to serve you a non-alcoholic fruit cocktail and a hearty snack at € 10 per person.
3-course menu to round off the day
To end the day on a high note, we will be happy to serve you a 3-course menu (choice of 3 main courses) in the evening, at the chef's discretion, in our restaurant.
